Three teenagers camping in the Mojave Desert are sheltered from the blast of a cold war turned nuclear. Fortunately, they’ve also discovered the fountain of youth, a patriotic 1979 Firebird, and a motley crew of survivors that may have hopeful news of their families, still trapped in the wasteland of Los Angeles. Unfortunately, someone in their midst is bent on finishing the job.
